1. Inquiry Received:
We receive your inquiry. It is easy to request for a quote from us. You can either call us directly (1+410-238-0099), email us with your project details or use our online quote form. |

2. Project Evaluation:
At this stage, if we do not have enough information from your intial contact as regards to the project, we send you a questionnaire. This will help us evaluate your project needs. Our questionnaire can be found here |

3. Pricing
Upon evaluation of your project needs, we will send you a detailed pricing of the project, and any other advice we may deem necessary to assist you in meeting your project goals. |

4. Contract acceptance:
Will will enter into contract once we have agreed on the project rate. Contrcat documents will be faxed/mailed to you for signing, upond which project will commence. |

5. Payment Deposit and Contents Submission:
At this stage we will require that we get all project contents ( texts, graphics, etc) that will be used on the project. We will also need the initial deposit (50% of the total project cost ) submitted. Project will not start until these requirements are met. |

6. Sample Site:
At this stage we provide you will a sample (mock-up) of the site in live format. We will provide you with a IP address on our local server from which you will be able to veiw the progress of the site. We will give you time to review the sample site before we proceed with further work. |

7. Final Development:
Once approval is recieved from your end, we will deem the sample site acceptable to you and proceed with the rest of the site development. Site development with now have reached the critical stages of scripting and page creation. |

8. FullPayment:
At this stage the final payment will be expected before site goes live on the internet. |

9. Launch:
Once payment is recieved, we will lauch the site online from it's true url address. |

10. Search Engine submission:
Your site will then be submitted to the major search engines and a listing of the engines emailed to you. We will resumit the site again for you for free after 3 months just to make sure that all is well! |
